Hi, I’m Valerie.

I’m an emotional wellbeing coach from Antrim, Northern Ireland, helping high-functioning women who feel overwhelmed or burnt out to regulate their nervous systems and reconnect with themselves.

So they can feel calm, safe, secure and supported — and finally embrace life with more freedom and ease.

You might recognise some of this:

• Your mind won’t switch off
• You feel responsible for everyone
• You’re coping on the outside but exhausted inside
• Small things trigger big reactions
• Rest feels uncomfortable or even impossible

Your body may be stuck in survival mode — fight, flight or freeze.

And when the nervous system stays there too long, everything starts to feel harder.

Through trauma-informed coaching, nervous system education and practical regulation tools, I help women move out of chronic stress and back into steadiness.

A quick note

I am currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment, so for the time being all sessions are offered online.

This has naturally slowed my pace of work, but I remain available for 1:1 support and small group sessions around my treatment schedule.
